The Adaptive CrossFit Community Cup is a worldwide online competition built by and for the adaptive community—open to all adaptive athletes, whether you’re chasing a podium spot or simply participating for fun.

 

✅ Anyone can register and compete

✅ $20 entry fee

✅ Score submission deadline: Friday, August 31st at 5:00 p.m. PT

✅ Video submission is not required

✅ Scaling for Adaptive Athletes

If you choose to scale a Community Cup workout, you are encouraged to scale it in the way that best matches your individual abilities. The goal is to create a challenging, safe, and meaningful workout that allows you to participate and continue progressing in your fitness.

If you come up with a great scaling option for your adaptive division, we'd love to hear it! Please send your suggested modifications to Competition@WheelWOD.com so we can share helpful ideas with the adaptive community.

 

All four workouts will be released the July 31st, with Rx and Scaled options. Complete the workouts at your affiliate gym and track your scores on the live leaderboard.

• Seated 1 (2 subclasses)
• Seated 2
• Seated Quad (Seated 3)
• Intellectual Disability with Chromosomal Condition
• Intellectual Disability without Chromosomal Condition
