Tangletown Classic

The best one day CrossFit competition in the Twin Cities! Join in on the competition September 12th at Tangletown CrossFit. You and your teammate will have the chance to compete in four different styles of workouts.  The Tangletown Classic is known for the best workouts and a well run, on-time competition.  Podium places will receive cash!

This is a team of 2 competition for mixed sex pairs.  We have four divisions to choose from:  RX, Intermediate, Scaled and Masters.  The Masters division is a combined age of 80+ with each athlete being over 35 years old.
