HYROX Doubles Simulation – October 24th at 8:00 AM Get ready to test your fitness, teamwork, and strategy at our HYROX Doubles Simulation!

Join us on Saturday, October 24th at 8:00 AM for a HYROX-style race experience designed to give athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves and see what the HYROX format is all about.

Athletes can choose between:

FULL HYROX SIMULATION – $60 PER TEAM Complete the full HYROX-style race format with all running and workout stations.

HALF HYROX SIMULATION – $50 PER TEAM A shorter version of the event featuring half the running and workout volume—perfect for athletes looking to experience HYROX without taking on the full race.

DOUBLES FORMAT This event will be completed in teams of two.

Both athletes will complete all running portions together. At each workout station, teammates may divide the work however they choose. One athlete can work while the other rests, and teams can switch as often as they would like.

How you split the work is up to you—teamwork and strategy will be a big part of the challenge!

HEAT FORMAT To keep the event moving smoothly and make sure every team has access to the equipment they need:

2–4 teams will start in each heat Heats will begin approximately every 5–8 minutes Start times will be staggered to help minimize congestion at the workout stations Whether you're preparing for an upcoming HYROX race, looking for a new challenge, or just want to team up with a friend for a fun and demanding workout, this simulation is a great opportunity to test your fitness and experience HYROX Doubles!
