Pink Legacy Throwdown

Pink Legacy Throwdown 2026 is an individual competition hosted by Southern Pines Crossfit. Join us for a day of gritty workouts, while we celebrate those who have won their battle, honoring those who lost their hard battle, and support friends and family members currently in their biggest fight against breast cancer. Athletes can complete in one of two divisions — Rx or Intermediate, while testing their endurance, strength, gymnastics skills, & athletic strategy. Competition will include 5 total workout scores. 15% of all registrations will be donated to the First Health Hospice House. 

More than just a competition, this event is about bringing the community together — spectators are encouraged to come watch, cheer, shop vendor village, and be part of a bigger cause. Reach out if you are interested in being a vendor or business sponsor.

Early Bird Registration pricing is $95 through August 31st. ($105 starting Sept 1.)

Workouts will be released during the two weeks preceding the event.
