On August 16, we’re bringing the energy, the competition, and the community together for our annual in-house CrossFit competition — and this year is shaping up to be our biggest and most fun yet. Teams of two will take on a full day of sweat, strategy, grit, and a little bit of chaos. While MF teams are preferred, all team combinations are welcome. Whether you’re chasing the podium or just signing up for a fun day with your training partner, this event is for everyone.
