Join us at Mountain Top CrossFit in Johnson City, TN on August 29th for a FULL HYROX Simulation! Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming HYROX race, want to see what HYROX is all about, or just want to challenge yourself with a fun Saturday, this event is for you! Athletes will take on the full HYROX race format with all 8 runs and all 8 workout stations for a chance to test your fitness, practice race strategy, and experience what a HYROX event feels like. Categories include: - Female Individual Open - Male Individual Open - Female Individual Pro - Male Individual Pro - Female Doubles Open - Male Doubles Open - Female Doubles Pro - Male Doubles Pro - Mixed Doubles - Female Relay Team - Male Relay Team - Mixed Relay Team You do NOT have to be an experienced HYROX athlete to participate.
