Kicking the New Year off with a 2-person mixed gender team competition set to test your overall fitness. We will run a series of pass fail skill stations (for extra points) on Friday evening.
Skill Stations Friday run from 5pm-8pm. They are tests of strength, skill, and speed.
The competition wods, 3 plus a floater, will occur on Saturday starting at 8:30am and completing by TBD.
