Lowlands Power lifting Cup 2026

INTRODUCTION

On Sunday, November 1st, 2026, the first Lowlands Powerlifting Cup will take place at the

Indoor Sportcentrum in Eindhoven. The Lowlands Powerlifting Cup is a unique competition

where you compete with a buddy in one of three divisions (MM/FF/FM)! This event is held

simultaneously with the well-known Lowlands competition, the Lowlands Throwdown. As a

participant in the Lowlands Powerlifting Cup, you will have free access on November 1st to the

Lowlands competition and the vendor area.

REGISTRATION                                                                

Choose a partner to participate in one of the divisions (MM/FF/FM) and purchase a ticket via the website.

 The participation fee is €130 per team

(€65 per person). This fee also includes entry to the Lowlands competition and a T-shirt.

During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide relevant details, such as your team

name and personal records (PRs) for the back squat, bench press, and deadlift of both team members.

a maximum capacity of 48 teams.

COMPETITION SETUP

The Lowlands Powerlifting Cup is an accessible competition. No official powerlifting

rules will be enforced; instead, we follow International Functional Fitness Federation

movement standards, and wearing a singlet is not required.

The competition takes place in a professional setting where athletes perform three lifts:

●       Bench press

●       Deadlift
