A fierce competition featuring both Individuals and Teams. Please refer to division standards for movement standards, and Junction City CrossFit's social medias for the most up to date information, team releases, workout announcements and sponsorships.
Saturday August 1st will be comprised of all Scaled Individuals and Teams.
Sunday August 2nd will be comprised of all RX Individiuals and Teams.
Each day will end with an award ceremony, with first place of each division receiving cash prizes.
Both divisions should be prepared for a minimum of four workouts containing movements that would be seen in the CrossFit open, or variations thereof.
