Same sex pairs Scaled & Intermediate category ISO:GAMES is a functional fitness competition built to be challenging, accessible, and fun. Expect gritty, high intensity workouts with no complex movements or gymnastics - just a true test of strength, fitness and teamwork. 

Workouts: In true CrossFit tradition..

All workouts will be revealed on competition day. No leaks, no early releases - Just a few hints along the way.

Scaled: Our scaled category is a great place to start your competition experience. Workouts will allow all teams to compete at the same intensity as Intermediate but with lighter weight and scaled movements.

Intermediate: Completing the workout as prescribed. intermediate = heavier weight!

Below is a guide of movements for the events.

Intermediate: Deadlift  F:70kg  M:100kg Barbell  F:30-50kg  M:40-60kg Dumbbell  F:2x15kg  M:2x22.5kg   Boxjump / Step ups  20/24 Wallball  F:6kg  M:9kg Sandbags: 40 > 60kg

Scaled: Deadlift  F:40kg  M:60kg Barbell  F:20-35  M:30-45kg Dumbbell  F:2x10  M:2x15kg Boxjump / Step ups  20/24 Wallball  F:3kg  M:6kg Sandbags:  20 > 40kg Comp day: Registration 8am - First workout 9am!
