Ohne anspruchsvolle Gymnastik oder seltene Spezialfertigkeiten richten sich die Iron Goat Games an alltägliche CrossFit-Sportler. Der eintägige Wettkampf findet am 21. November 2026 in Kimberley, British Columbia, statt.
Zweierteams treten in den Kategorien Female Pairs, Male Pairs oder Mixed Pairs (Female & Male) innerhalb einer einzigen offenen Leistungsklasse an. Die Startgebühr liegt bei 110 CAD pro Team. Die Arbeitslast kann in vielen Workouts aufgeteilt werden. Elitekraft, Muscle-ups oder Handstand Walks sind nicht gefordert, doch sollte mindestens eine Person pro Team gängige RX-Gewichte sowie Übungen wie Pull-ups, Toes-to-bar, Box Jumps und Double-unders beherrschen.

Iron Goat Pairs Competition Grab a partner and come compete!
This will be a one-day pairs competition designed to be fun, challenging, and approachable for everyday CrossFit athletes.
There will be one difficulty division. We’re keeping the workouts straightforward, with familiar CrossFit movements, manageable workouts, and no highly advanced gymnastics or specialty skills.
Because there are no separate difficulty divisions, at least one athlete on each team should be comfortable with common CrossFit movements such as:
Pull-ups Toes-to-bar Box jumps Double-unders Basic barbell movements at typical RX loading Both partners do not need to be able to perform every movement. Work can be divided between teammates in many of the events, so find someone whose strengths complement yours.
You won’t need muscle-ups, handstand walks, or elite-level strength to compete, but this also isn’t a fully scaled competition. If you regularly participate in CrossFit classes and at least one person on your team can handle the movements above, you should be right at home.
The goal is simple: good workouts, good competition, and a fun day with the CrossFit community.
