We are back with another HYROX Simulation at CrossFit Limmatstadt!

Perfect preparation if you are heading into a HYROX race — whether you compete Solo, Doubles or Mixed Doubles.

This is your chance to test your pacing, transitions, engine and race strategy in a full HYROX simulation. We recreate the complete HYROX format with the official stations, weights and structure — just local, at our affiliate.

Wave Schedule

Waves start every 12 minutes with 3 lanes running simultaneously.

Order:

1. Women Open & Women Doubles

2. Men Open, Mixed Doubles, Women Pro & Men Doubles

3. Men Pro

(The order is based on sled weights.)

First Wave starts at 09.00. We plan with 5 Waves 1. (15 Slots), 10 Waves in 2 (30 Slots). and 4 Waves in 3 (12 Slots).

Timing & Fair Play

There will be no assigned judges. We trust every athlete to complete the movements according to HYROX standards and with fairness.

A central timer will run continuously. Your individual finish time will be calculated based on your heat start and finish time.

Teams

You may replace one team member after registration if something changes.
