Halloween Inhouse Throwdown

This is a team of 2 competion any mix gender teams , at everyday athelete level. 

 

Athletes should be proficient with:

Deadlifts 90/63

GTOH 50/35

Box jump 20/16

 

 

If the movements cannot be completed then substitutions can be made, but the team will be given a scaled score, which will put them last for that workout.

 

refunds will be given at the organisers discretion.
