THE ANNUAL CROSSFIT GREEN IN-HOUSE COMPETITION IS BACK! 

A fun, challenging race-day style competition designed for ALL levels of athlete. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or this is your first time stepping onto the competition floor, there’s something here to challenge you!

This year, we have our race-day format back again: 3 workouts, 1 hour, and plenty of opportunities to push your limits.

WOD 1 – Cardio Kicker Get the heart rate up and set the tone for the day.

WOD 2 – Weight Lifting  Clock is on. Barbell is loaded. What can you do?

WOD 3 – CrossFit Chaser All the CrossFit movements to test your fitness, strength and skills.

Each workout will run for 15 minutes, with a 5-minute transition between stations. You’ll flow from one workout to the next, putting your fitness to the test across a full hour of competition.

RX requirements - bar muscle ups OR chest to bars, handstand push ups INTER requirements - chin over bar pull ups, hand release push ups SCALED requirements - jumping pull ups, kneeling hand release push ups

Come ready to have fun, challenge yourself and see what you can do. Whatever your level, this is your chance to get on the floor, throw down with your fellow CFG members and push your limits!
