Divisions
- Scaled - Intermediate / Masters - RX
Which division is right for me?
Scaled – Perfect if you're newer to CrossFit and can’t yet perform most movements RX. Expect modified weights and gymnastics.
Intermediate + Masters – You can RX many movements but may struggle with higher skill gymnastics, high rep workouts, or heavier barbells. Masters must have a combined age of 80 and will compete alongside the intermediate division with the same weights and rep scheme.
RX – For the quarterfinals level athlete who can handle advanced gymnastics and moderately heavy barbells consistently.
