TEAMS OF 4: 💪 2 RX Male + 2 RX Female, OR 💪 2 Scaled Male + 2 Scaled Female

RX Division: Expect a great mix of classic CrossFit movements with opportunities to earn points through higher-skill movements like Bar Muscle-Ups and Handstand Walks. But remember — you don’t need every high-skill movement to win. Smart strategy and playing to your team’s strengths can make all the difference.

Scaled Division: Challenging, accessible, and FUN! Expect movements like Ring Rows, moderate weights, and familiar bodyweight movements designed so athletes of all experience levels can compete.
