Dynamic Duo Throwdown (D.D.T)

After six years, DDT is back.

The last Dynamic Duo Throwdown was held in 2019. Shortly after, the world shut down, plans changed, and DDT went dormant. Now, with a new home and a growing community, we're excited to bring one of our favorite events back to life.

Join us on August 8, 2026, at Community Fitness Xperience (CFX) in Pharr, Texas, for a fast-paced partner competition designed to challenge athletes of all experience levels.
