Our first-ever all-women's CrossFit competition is coming September 12, hosted by Ashley Grayson! This event is about strength, resilience, community, and celebrating what women are capable of—inside and outside the gym. For me, it's especially meaningful as it's the first major event I'm hosting after my mastectomy and reconstruction journey. Whether you're competing, cheering, or volunteering, we'd love to have you be part of something special. 💪✨
