Join us for our Breast Cancer Awareness Event, a special CrossFit competition dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer and bringing our community together for a meaningful cause. This event is more than just a competition—it’s an opportunity to show support, build strength, and stand united in the fight against breast cancer.

Hosted right here at the gym, the BCA event is designed for athletes of all levels. We will be offering RX, Intermediate, and Novice divisions. RX amd Intermediate are either M/M or F/F. Novice can be made up of any combination of 2 people such as adult/child, male/female, etc.

The RX and Intermediate divisions are designed for athletes ready to compete, while the Novice division is perfect for anyone brand new to CrossFit or looking for a more relaxed, supportive environment. The Novice division is also a great option for parents who want to team up and compete alongside their kids - no stress about strict standards, just come ready to move, have fun, and enjoy the experience together.

Whether you’re pushing for a podium finish or simply showing up to support the cause, this is a chance to lift each other up, raise awareness, and make an impact together.
