Hyathlon is the globally recognised, Olympic-pathway sport format for hybrid fitness racing. It brings together the two things everyday athletes do most: running and functional movements.

The Workout Matrix:
The race is a continuous challenge consisting of 8 rounds. Each round starts with a 1km run and ends with a specific functional exercise station (including sleds, rowing, lunges, and wall balls).
