Rx Teams- Athletes who completed The Open Rx. If your average CrossFit Open level is a 7.5 or higher this is for you.

Highest skilled movement Pistols

Intermediate Partner Division. Average Crossfit level between teammates is 7.5 or less

General guides

one or both teammates could not compete in the RX division here and

one or both teammates could not complete the open this year as an Rx athlete

Scaled Individual- For novice friends and people who have never competed in fitness or new to competition. Get some fun fitness and enjoy the day!

If either teammates completed the open workouts as written then this is not the division for you.
