Battle for the Brave

Battle for the Brave is our annual, local fitness competition. We are excited for our 9th year!!

We started “Battle” as a way to bring the Tallahassee fitness community together and more importantly, to support local law enforcement and first responders. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated back into the community and foundations that support those who serve.

Battle for the Brave is a partner-style CrossFit competition, with teams of two competing in Male/Male and Female/Female divisions. Workouts are designed around movements and physical demands commonly associated with first responder fitness, testing strength, conditioning, teamwork, and work capacity. Athletes can choose from three divisions: RX, Intermediate, and Functional Fitness, making Battle accessible to a wide range of athletes while still providing a competitive challenge.
