Battle at the Lakes

Teams of two, MM and FF, divisions include RX and Scaled. 

If you need to sub someone out, please email chandler@crossfitcityoflakes.com with the information of the old teammate and new teammate. 

You can bring chairs and tents. We are hoping the weather will cooperate and our athlete village will be outside. Training grounds coffee will be on site selling coffee. It is encouraged to bring your own food.
