Autumn Assault 2026

Get ready for a day of fitness, teamwork, and competition at 9:24 CrossFit's Autumn Assault!

On Saturday, October 17th, athletes from across the area will throw down in a team-based CrossFit competition featuring three divisions:

Rx, Intermediate, Scaled

Teams will be composed of 2 male and 2 female competitors.

Feel free to come up with a team name/ theme! Team based costumes are also allowed (provided they are appropriate and do not inhibit movement standards for competitors).

The team workouts will be, "cannonball style," or back to back intended for division heats to completed within a 1 hour time span.

Competitors should bring all appropriate fitness gear (cross-training shoes, lifters (if preferred), water bottles, belts, grips, wrist support, etc.). Jump-ropes will be available for use by competitors if needed.

No pets allowed to be brought into the gym space!

Parking will be held in the gravel parking lot just outside of the 9:24 CrossFit gym (behind and below the Mexican restaurant and sports store).
