After another incredible sold-out edition of Oslo Throwdown, we’re already getting ready for 2026 — and this is your chance to secure your spot early!
Once again, Norway’s largest functional fitness event returns to Unity Arena for a full weekend of community, competition, and pure energy.
This is more than a competition. It’s a celebration of strength, movement, and everything we love about our sport.

The same legendary atmosphere that makes Oslo TD a highlight of the season 🏆 Divisions Oslo Throwdown 2026 will feature the same popular divisions as this year:
Elite, RX, Intermediate, Masters, Scaled, and Teens — both Team and Individual formats.
Full division details and movement standards will be published in January 2026 on Wodla.com along with the detailed event schedule and briefing times.

📅 The competition will be held in the same weekend period as 2025: Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.
A detailed heat and event schedule will be released in January 2026, but you can expect the same proven format:
Friday evening: Select divisions kick off with their first event.
Saturday evening: Selected divisions kick off their first event.
Saturday: Full competition day
Sunday: Finals and Showdown events 🎖️ The Showdown Every athlete throws down — but only the top few reach the SHOWDOWN, our signature head-to-head final under the lights. The crowd, the lights, the music — this is where legends are made.
💰 Prizes & Payouts
Prize money will be available for Elite and RX Individual divisions. Winners will receive details after the event regarding invoice and payout terms.
