Designed specifically for beginners, intermediate athletes, and masters competitors, The Nemesis Games celebrates the 90–95% of the CrossFit community who make the gym what it is.

The workouts are programmed so athletes can compete as they are — no complicated scaling, no guesswork. Whether you’ve been training for three to six months or this is your very first competition, you’ll be able to step onto the competition floor confident and ready to throw down.
