About this competition
The TCSC Next Gen Youth & Teen Fitness Showcase is a testing event designed to help us build a long-term youth fitness level system at TCSC.
CURRENT SHOWCASE OVERVIEW (PDF)
Athletes will complete 4 or 5 age-appropriate fitness tests that assess conditioning, gymnastics, and mixed-modal output. Results will be recorded for athletes to individually track for themseslevs, rewards them for trheir level they score in and measure their improvement when they test again!
This event is focused on: • Skill development and effort • Creating fitness levels and benchmarks • Celebrating participation and improvement
