Ridge family, it’s time to lock in. On September 19th, we are throwing down for an exclusive, members-and-friends-only event: Riot on the Ridge.
You know we love a good engine burn. Expect a classic CrossFIt comp format... But that’s not all... we are breaking out of the box, because we’ve got a surprise workout at a secret location that you won't see coming until it's time to move!
Whether you are aiming to benchmark your engine or just want to suffer-in-style with the best fitness community in Maple Ridge, this is the event of the season.
