Project Racing Hyrox Simulation
The Project is an official Hyrox Affiliated Gym and this is your opportunity to experience a real Hyrox race day in a no-pressure environment. Whether you’re racing for a PB, getting ready for your first Hyrox, or just want to feel what it’s all about, this simulation is for you.
Make your mistakes here, not on race day. Set yourself a target to beat. Or simply come and experience what a Hyrox race feels like.
There’s no podium pressure here, this is about you vs you.
The Workout:
Each Station will begin with a 600m or 1000m Run.
1,000m Ski Erg
50m Sled Push (100/150kg or 150/200kg)
50m Sled Pull (80/100kg or 100/150kg)
80m Burpee Broad Jump
1,000m Row
200m Farmer Carry (16/24kg or or 24/32kg)
100m Sandbag Lunge (16/24kg or or 24/32kg)
100 Wall Balls (4/6kg or 6/9kg)
Wave Times:
Wave start times will run from 08:00-1000am (600m) or 1000am-1200pm (1000m) at 10 minute intervals. When you sign up you may request a start time. If it's available we will allocate you that time.
