Staged inside the Palazzetto Polivalente della Cittadella Sportiva Universitaria in Messina, Winter Tide brings a hybrid two-day challenge to Sicily on 19–20 December 2026. Organized by Zancle Training, the schedule splits distinctly across the weekend: Day 1 focuses on aerobic capacity and strength, while Day 2 shifts directly into high-intensity metcon tests.

The competition runs in teams of two across three categories: Experience, Regular, and Elite. Pairs can register in male-male, male-female, or female-female combinations, though Elite is offered only in male-male and mixed rosters. Entry costs 100 EUR per team for all divisions.

Organiser’s description

Published by the organiser on judgerules.it

DAY 1 — AEROBIC + STRENGTH

Il primo giorno sarà dedicato a resistenza e forza.
DAY 2 — METCON
