Specialisation drives TR1AD 2026, where each member of a trio takes on a dedicated domain: Skill for gymnastics, Steel for strength and Olympic lifts, or Sweat for conditioning. Held at 45 Triq it-Targa in Naxxar, Malta, on 14 November 2026, this one-day event splits athletes into individual tests across two workouts before bringing the squad back together for a decisive final team event.
Teams of three compete strictly in same-gender formations (MMM or FFF) across Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions. Entry costs 150 EUR per team and covers access to all events, judged workouts, a welcome pack, and team photo opportunities.
Registration opens on 19 May 2026 and closes on 1 November 2026, welcoming athletes operating at intermediate and rx standards.
