Wingman Dry-Tri for K9 Warriors

Wingman Dry-Tri for K9 Warriors Join us at CrossFit Wingman for the Wingman Dry-Tri for K9 Warriors, a team fitness challenge supporting an incredible cause.

This event brings together athletes, friends, and the community for a fun but challenging competition while raising money for K9s For Warriors, a nonprofit that provides trained service dogs to veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma.

Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or just looking for a fun challenge with friends, this event is designed to be accessible, exciting, and community-driven.

The Competition Teams of 3 athletes will complete a dry-triathlon style workout consisting of:

🚴 8,000m Bike (shared) 🚣 4,000m Row (shared) 🏃 1-Mile Team Run

Workout Order: Bike → Row → Run

Athletes may rotate freely during the bike and row portions of the event.

Once the bike distance is completed, teams move to the row. After finishing the row, teams begin the run.

The 1-mile run must be completed together, and teams must finish within arm’s reach of each other.

Your team’s time will be recorded when the last teammate crosses the finish line.

Event Format • Teams of 3 athletes • 6 teams per heat • Heats begin every 30 minutes • All teams in a heat start at the same time • One large event clock will be used for timing

Distances are completed using:

• Concept2 BikeErg • Concept2 RowErg • Outdoor 1-mile run course

Registration $150 per team

Your registration helps support K9s For Warriors.

After covering event expenses, all remaining proceeds will be donated to the charity.

Spectators Welcome Friends, family, and community members are encouraged to come cheer on the teams.

We will also have raffles, sponsor giveaways, and special guests throughout the event.

Why We’re Doing This Service dogs change the lives of veterans every day. Through this event, we’re proud to support K9s For Warriors and help provide trained service dogs to those who served our country.

Refund Policy All registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to compete after registering, you may transfer your spot to another athlete or team before the event.

Team Substitutions Team substitutions are allowed.

If a registered athlete can no longer compete, teams may replace that athlete with another participant prior to the event. Please notify the event organizers of any team changes before the competition begins.
