Organiser’s description
Published by the organiser on circle21.events
Unity Embsay wants to welcome all to The Winter Classic.
A Crossfit Competition hosted in Embsay, that will be for all abilities.
The WODs will have scaling options to keep things balanced throughout, meaning you have the option to scale or RX every workout.
For example: toes to bar will be changed to hanging knee raises or more-rep weighted sit-ups.
Workouts will be released via our socials the week before.
