Whether you're looking to compete, challenge yourself, or simply be part of an incredible atmosphere, The Primal Games is for you.
It will be run like a CrossFit comp but hyrox themed workouts Masters have to be 30+ but the combined age must be 70+
Both days will be same sex doubles.
Spectators will be £5 entry on arrival
