Grab your training partner and join us for the 2026 OG Pairs Throwdown.
Expect a full day of classic CrossFit programming, with the morning events taking place inside the gym before we head to The Farm for our afternoon events 🚜
If you've competed at an OG Throwdown before, you already know... the afternoon is where the real test begins. Grit, teamwork, and the ability to embrace the pain will be rewarded.

Every athlete will find their perfect challenge, whether seasoned competitor or first-time contender.
