Competitive: M Barbell | 135 lbs, W Barbell | 95 lbs, M Kettlebell | 53 lbs, W Kettlebell | 35 lbs, pull-ups, toes-to-bar
Modified: M Barbell | 95 lbs, W Barbell | 65 lbs, M Kettlebell | 44 lbs, W Kettlebell | 26 lbs, ring-rows, hanging-knee-raises
The Experience: Complete the event at your own pace, with your own modifications that work for you. Simply show up and experience The Gauntlet.
T-SHIRT DEADLINE: Register by 10/11 to guarantee your shirt. Late registrations can still receive a shirt, but it may be provided at a later date.
REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are non-refundable.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Athlete substitutions may be allowed prior to the event with approval from the event organizers.
