Sunday Simulation is a Hyrox Affiliate event meant to test out your Hyrox training for upcoming events, or just to do some killer endurance fitness! This event is free to Fitness Racing Club members and $30 per person for all others. This includes teams. ex: team of 2 = $60.
The programming will similate a nearly full Hyrox race, including all 8 stations.
Singles and Doubles are allowed. The rules will apply same as the race itself. Doubles: both athletes run and split the reps as they wish. Singles do all elements.
Heats run every 10:00
There will be 3 spots per heat.
Emails with heat times and information will be sent out the week before the event.
There will be no refunds once the ticket is purchased.
The workout will be posted at the time of Registration.
Fit Farm became a Hyrox affiliate in 2026.
