Grab a partner and finish the year with a bang. The Edinburgh Throwdown is your last opportunity to fully test your fitness in 2026.
This is a mixed pairs competition at CrossFit MTS, open to ALL athletes from every gym and every level.
You’ll do 3 workouts , 3 divisions (RX, Intermediate and Scaled), so there’s a place for everyone, from first-time competitors to seasoned athletes. Expect a big atmosphere, loud music, a live leaderboard, and a crowd cheering every rep.

Entry: £60 per team
Early bird price: £50 per team for the first 10 teams
Divisions: RX, Intermediate, Scaled
Workouts: 3 workouts, released the week of the competition
