Welcome to the Sport of Hyathlon
Hyathlon is the globally recognised, Olympic-pathway sport format for hybrid fitness racing. It brings together the two things everyday athletes do most: running and functional movements.
The Workout Matrix:
The race is a continuous challenge consisting of 8 rounds. Each round starts with a 1km run and ends with a specific functional exercise station (including sleds, rowing, lunges, and wall balls).
Built for Everyone:
Hyathlon weights and distances are designed to be universally scalable. Whether your goal is to push for a personal best or simply cross the finish line with your gym crew, this format is accessible to every level of fitness enthusiast.
