The Descendants 2026

Trees! Bring your Apples!!! Your favorite adult/child partner CrossFit competition is back at CrossFit Viral! This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside the next generation of CrossFitters, and let them experience the support our culture offers! The workouts are designed by our CrossFit Kids certified coaches, who prioritize safety above all else.

WODs will NOT be posted prior to the competition. Doors open at 8am for athlete registration. Athlete debrief will begin at 8:45am, where we will explain and demo each of the workouts to help everyone feel prepared. A dedicated warm-up area will be provided. First heat will begin at 9am.

Same as prior years...please consider bringing a toy donation for the Children's Hospital to our event. We will gather all donations during morning registration and deliver them to Children's Hospital on behalf of all event participants.
