Male & Female
Division 1 - Inters / Opens - for experienced inters and athletes new to opens
Division 2 - Inters / Novice - for athletes new to inters and all novices
Division 3 - First Timers / Beginners - First timers and athletes who have not competed in novice.
Masters - Over 40s, if weights are not a challenge sign into division 1.
Choose a division that will challenge you, please don’t be a sandbagger.
