The Big Effin Cup 2026

A private, friendly competition between the communities of POWR Fitness Forster and Fort Evolution Crossfit Taree.

The Big Effin Cup is back! After taking a break last year, the Big Effin Cup will run for its 5th year. A cross-gym community event between POWR Fitness Forster and Fort Evolution Taree where our love of fitness and pushing outside of our comfort zone comes together for some friendly competition. Participants will complete a number of individual workouts with the support of their communities to contribute to an overall tally of points as well as a bonus point team final will determine the winner of the 'Big Effin Cup' for 2026.
