Get ready for the ultimate summer throwdown at Rose City Barbell!  The Summer Slam is a same-sex pairs CrossFit competition bringing the heat this August with challenging workouts, an electric atmosphere, and an unforgettable day of competition.

• Scaled
• Masters 40+

This event is capped at 48 teams and will sell out fast, so don't wait to register!

Registration Timeline

• Early Bird Registration: May 12-May 31 --> $190/Team
• Standard Registration: June 1-June 30 --> $205/Team
• Late Registration: July 1-July 6 --> $230/Team
• Registration closes: July 6th at midnight

Important Information

• No reunds will be issued for this event
• Teammate swaps are allowed through July 31

Athlete Camp & What to Bring

Athlete camp will be located outdoors, so we highly recommend bringing:

• Canopy tents
• Chairs
• Cooler for food and drinks
