About this competition
Proving Grounds Assault is a 90-minute fitness competition featuring three unique tests designed to challenge every aspect of your fitness.
Athletes will take on three standalone workouts:
Engine – A test of endurance and aerobic capacity. Lift – A test of strength, power and technical execution. Metcon – A high-intensity fitness test combining strength, skill and conditioning.
With every workout carrying equal importance, success at Proving Grounds Assault isn't about excelling in just one area; it's about demonstrating complete fitness across all three tests.
