About this competition
PCCF Throwdown: 5th Annual Community Competition
On November 21, 2026, we will host our 5th Annual PCCF Throwdown, a one-day fitness competition dedicated to giving back to our community.
This year’s proceeds will benefit the Martin County Police Athletic League, a local nonprofit committed to supporting youth through mentorship, positive activities, and community engagement.
Our mission is to honor and promote the heroes in our community — including law enforcement officers, firefighters, nurses, teachers, first responders, and everyday leaders who serve others.
Through this event, we aim to help fund and promote PAL’s mission while bringing awareness to critical issues affecting our youth and families, including socioeconomic challenges, bullying, mental health struggles, suicide prevention, and incarceration prevention.
This competition is more than fitness. It is a chance to come together, celebrate service, support local youth, and make a lasting impact in Martin County.
