The Gauntlet is a team-only hybrid fitness competition that bridges the heavy strength demands of CrossFit, ATHX, and XENOM with the high-output endurance of HYROX. We create experiences that bring people together, challenge limits, create memories, and remind people why they started their fitness journey in the first place. Every event is designed around one simple belief: Fitness should be fun, meaningful, and shared with others. Whether it's a competition, charity event, community workout, HYROX challenge, recovery experience, social gathering, or a once-in-a-lifetime fitness adventure, our goal is to create moments that inspire people to push further, connect deeper, and celebrate what their bodies are capable of achieving.
