Welcome to MVMNT CLUB.

MVMNT CLUB is CF23's brand-new community competition series, created to bring together everything we love about fitness events: friendly competition, great atmosphere, shared challenges and community connection.

Each edition features a unique workout challenge scored through Competition Corner, giving participants the opportunity to test themselves, track their progress and see how they stack up against others in the gym.

Whether you're a seasoned competitor or taking part in your first fitness event, MVMNT CLUB is designed to be accessible, inclusive and, above all, fun.
