About this competition
Join us for the Gymnasium Summer Team Games on 15th August, 11am. Teams of four (2 male, 2 female) will compete across three/four workout arenas, designed for all abilities. Each team will tackle 16-minute workouts with 5 minute transitions, ensuring a smooth flow. A rolling screen clock will keep the action moving, with a full rotation every 80 minutes and four heats per rotation. Get ready for an exciting day of fitness, teamwork, and competition. Mark your calendars and bring your A-game—it's time to test your strength, endurance, and strategy!
