Friendly Competiton between MVMNT Box and Crossfit Stonehouse. Teams of 4 (2 males, 2 females) held at Crossfit Stonehouse. 

RX and Scaled divisions.

There will be 3 workouts to test your fitness.

RX Movement Standards:

Atleast 2 members of your team needs to be able to do:

Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups / TTB HSPU  And both team members need to be able to do:

Double Unders Box Jumps Barbell: 42.5-60kg / 30-42.5kg Dumbell: 22.5kg / 15kg Kettlebell: 24kg / 16kg.  

Scaled Movement Standards:

Jumping: C2B / Pull Ups Knees to chest Single Unders Box Step Ups Barbell: 30-42.5kg / 15-20kg Dumbell: 15kg / 10kg Kettlebell: 16kg / 12kg.
