Murph 2026

Join us for the 2026 Memorial Day Murph benefiting the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)!

THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION..

We are just utilizing Competition Corner for registration!

This is not a traditional event (again, not a competition, i.e. no prizes or places). It is about showing up as a community, getting our sweat on, and most importantly, honoring those who have given their lives in defense of this country. 

The Essentials

Monday, May 25th, 2026 ***7:00 AM to 1:00 PM*** (Tentative Schedule)

Check in: 7 AM to 8 AM

8:00 Athlete briefing, National Anthem, and Brief Presentation by VFW.

8:30 AM (first heat)

9:00 AM (second heat)

9:30 AM (third heat)

10:00 AM (fourth heat...if necessary)

Each heat can hold 30 PEOPLE

Format

Teams or individual

Available Divisions

• Individual Murph
  • Full - 1 mile run | 100 pull-ups | 200 push-ups | 300 air squats | 1 mile run
  • Half - 1/2 of everything
• Team Murph - Divide as desired

Cost

• $50 for EVERY athlete - regardless of whether doing team or individual - all for a good cause and a good time!
• Fee includes:
  • Event T-shirt (t-shirt registration deadline is 5/14)
  • All net proceeds go to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
  • Entry fee cannot be refunded.
